I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a BIG thank you for our website it looks amazing! We are so thrilled and you’ve certainly put Sparkle Dental Boutique on the map.

I remember when I met you some two years ago, I was desperately seeking someone to create a website which would reflect the feel of our practice. I didn’t want our website to be a run of the mill dental website and was therefore looking for someone who could provide something unique.

I took on a website designer and having spent hours explaining what I was looking for, the designer went away to do some work. Two weeks later, I received the first layout for the website which I can only say was the total opposite of what I was looking for! Extremely disappointed, I then took on another website designer who had been referred to me. Again I had a meeting to discuss what I was looking for and again weeks went by. I then received a website layout which was again all too familiar!

By now, time was ticking by and I was now very concerned about getting our website off the ground. Whilst speaking to my IT guru, he suggested I contact you and hoping it would be third time lucky, I called you with some apprehension. My first impression over the phone was certainly a positive one and I was actually looking forward to my meeting with you!

As they say first impressions count and I immediately felt relieved. Here was someone who was listening intently to what I was saying and noting it down. It was strange but whilst we were talking, I could see that you were really `fired up’ with ideas and thoughts of how we could do things. I later discovered that this is what you do…whilst listening, you’re already on overdrive finding ways to do this and that even better!

Following this meeting, we then met a few weeks later when you revealed our website layout and all I could say was WOW! You clearly had understood what I wanted and had really considered the aesthetics and function of our website…that opening video sequence and voiceover were just out of this world..and this was only the beginning! Never did I imagine that we would ever have such a website, one which is as ‘cool’ as its designer! The layout was amazing, the colours, the images, the beautiful design elements and fantastic attention to detail. I was super impressed!

I’m so glad for you that your creative genius was recognised at The Dentistry Awards 2007, when our website was shortlisted as one of three finalists for Best Private Website. I’ve also seen many aspects of our website `borrowed’ by others which I can only say is the highest form of flattery!

Since then you’ve worked with us on various marketing activities including flyers, advertisements, e-newsletters, website development, ppc campaigns as well as designing our entries for the various awards that we have gone on to win. In early 2006 we had decided to re-brand and attract more private work to our busy NHS practice. We found that although, as dentists we were already highly skilled in our abilities, we were frustrated as we weren’t always able to attract/communicate this fact with our patients. Before our association with Digimax and Shaz Memon our marketing consisted of a sign on the front door and a small black and white advert in the local yellow pages,
How things have changed....

We have a come A LONG way since then, it has taken us a great deal of time and effort but I now feel we have a truly exceptional mixed dental practice with an exciting an evolving marketing programme. That is where Shaz and his team at Digimax have come in. We first used Shaz to design a few simple items for our surgery; we began with some business cards, which after a few drafts turned out to be striking! Shaz has a unique online proofing system, where he can upload a new design which you can view, amend and comment on almost immediately. Being a very impatient individual I found this to be rather convenient, I think at some point Shaz and I had gone through almost 5 design revisions in one day. I am a bit of a perfectionist, changing my mind and introducing new ideas halfway through a project. Shaz always receives these with no fuss or drama, merely getting to work on the changes and coming up with new, original ideas.

In 2007 we had practice brochures made which covered all the varying forms of private treatment we offer. As with every one of the projects entrusted toDigimax, I found the end result more than met my expectations. Shaz has a fantastic ability to absorb which points the dentist wants to make and re-package them in a patient friendly attractive presentation. These brochures beautifully compliment the professional treatment which we hope to provide at Parmar Dental.

In late 2007 I had asked Shaz to take over the design of a new practice website. We had numerous phone meetings and went through exactly what I wanted. By now, Shaz knew my likes and dislikes and I had every faith in his ability to draw up a suitable design.

I was not wrong.....

The website was a huge undertaking; we almost redesigned it from scratch adding new pages at an almost daily rate, containing animations, video and sounds! So meticulous was our attention to detail, we even ran focus groups on things such as which images/fonts/colour shades to use! The end results are something which I know Shaz and I are both VERY proud of. I take no hesitation in recommending Digimax to any dental professional. The association my surgery has with Digimax is invaluable, his contribution to my business has been remarkable, I am proud to call him a member of my team and look forward to designing Parmardental.co.uk Version 2.0!
